Our Money Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the item/s.
• The item is in new, resalable condition with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If exchanging your glasses for another pair, we will pay for the new pair to be shipped to you. Please note that we will only pay shipping for the first exchanged pair and NOT for any subsequent exchanged pairs.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on items lost, stolen or damaged during or after delivery.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered” or “delivery attempted”.
• We offer reshipments on faulty items. For refunds, the item/s must be shipped back to us at your expense.
• We're NOT responsible for glasses delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping information twice.
• Refusing delivery is not an acceptable way to return an item. Refused packages will be treated as unauthorised returns.
• Returns must be sent to the address specified in our returns instructions. Returns that are sent to any other address will not be accepted.
• Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee.
