Can I get your frames with a prescription?
Unfortunately at this time we only offer frames without a prescription.
Can you wear contacts with Blue Eyez glasses?
Yes, you absolutely can wear contacts when you wear Blue Eyez glasses. Our glasses do not interfere with wearing contacts.
When should I wear my Blue Eyez glasses?
You can wear Blue Eyez glasses anytime of the day, both day and night, and whenever you are in front of a digital screen.
Are you optometrists?
No, we are not optometrists and do not offer any prescription lenses.

How do I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please email us through our contact form on our website. Unfortunately we can't cancel orders after this time frame as they have entered the shipping process.

What is your 2 Years Extended Warranty?
If within 2 years of purchase, your glasses have a major failure or defect relating to material or production faults, we will repair or replace them for you.
To be eligible, the 2 Years Extended Warranty must be purchased along with the glasses and one warranty covers one pair of glasses only.
In order to process any warranty claims, the glasses need to be returned. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will either repair or replace the defective glasses at our discretion. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
